UN Global impact delivery improvement
Situation
Large UN organization needed to survey its partners to evaluate the individual and overall performance and to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses in all countries and regions in which it operates.
Solution
We lead the survey design, implementation and analysis of the organization’s partners across 32 countries and regions. Both quantitative and qualitative assessments were included in a comprehensive evaluation resulting in 24 country-specific reports and 8 region-specific reports.
Outcome
Our analysis and evaluations led to country and personnel specific actions from the UN organization towards improving and strengthening the identified Performance gaps.
