Through desk research and interviews with key persons within and surrounding the agency in Djibouti, Ethiopia and Kenya, We provided an assessment of the work of the agency based on the OECD/DAC criteria.
The evaluation resulted in a profound understanding and assessment of the work of the agency, and provided forward looking analysis of how to improve their operations in terms of both meeting needs and optimizing use of resources.
