Mixed migration evaluation
Situation
We were engaged to conduct an external evaluation of an agency working to enhance the protection of mixed migration flows in the Horn of Africa and Yemen.
Solution
Through desk research and interviews with key persons within and surrounding the agency in Djibouti, Ethiopia and Kenya, We provided an assessment of the work of the agency based on the OECD/DAC criteria.
Outcome
The evaluation resulted in a profound understanding and assessment of the work of the agency, and provided forward looking analysis of how to improve their operations in terms of both meeting needs and optimizing use of resources.
